I used this garage twice and never again. The first time I thought one worker was rude but ignored it as the car was more important than feeling awkward by his manner. The second time I was towed there. They offered to scrap my car for me so signed over my car. I asked for the V5 cert. he said that he was supposed to do that bit and so left. They never sent it off so I have no idea what happened to the car and now I have to sort it out with the DVLA. Irresponsible and rude.
