Kwik-Fit

Absolute RUBBISH!! Went for a service, found a tyre puncture and was told I needed a new tyre for £130 as it was not repairable. Went to local tyre shop and repairs this for £6. Service was rubbish, oiled the door joints but made mess everywhere. Went to get a break fluid change, wouldn't do it unless I got a full inspection of breaks when BMW Chandlers just checked already. Only thing good is some services are cheap.

Last year I took my car for an MOT / service. I dropped it off the night before. Went back to collect at five the next day as arranged to be old that it had failed its MOT quite comprehensively. I was kind of expecting this so no problem.

However the car was at that time up on the hoist having its service done.

Now seeing as the MOT was done at ten in the morning, a phone call would have been nice, why bother changing the oil and filters on a dead car.

Every other garage I have used have had the intelligence and courtesy to check back on similar matters. Furstrating and wasteful.

I've been to this branch several times for tyres, MOTs and services and they've been really helpful, friendly and knowledgable each time. There's a dude from Liverpool who works in there who was particlarly helpful.
The only down side appears to be that they are really busy, so can't answer the phone sometimes, and once they didn't replace a wishbone correctly, but once I told them about it they fixed it within an hour when I took it back. I'd feel confident about bringing my car there again.

Luke is your man at Kwik fit Brighton , very helpful appears to like his job and gave me lots of info about my car , this young man is a credit to Kwik fit , if you go there request him to do your work.

my car has been in the garage for over a week, every time i call the staff say they will call me back and they never do. Then i get told the chap working on my car has gone on holiday and they dont know what is going on with my car. appalling customer service with very unhelpful staff.

My car is being fixed at Lewes Rd Kwik-Fit. I've tried 3 times today to check progress. On the fourth attempt a breathless irritated man barked at me. I gave clear information on who was dealing with my car and the make. He never returned to the phone despite a long wait.

Last year I waited in the cold winter for 2 yes 2 hours to have a tyre changed. Another customer there had also been waiting a similar amount of time.

The turnover of staff seems to be quite high and they generally appear to be quite disorganised.

Not all of my visits have been so frustrating but it's not good enough.

I have just visited this branch and found the assistant behind the counter to be rude and unhelpful , if i was the owner of kwik fit i certainly would not put up with him anymore !!

I have just spoken to one of your assistants from your Brighton branch and found them to be rude and unhelpful, making me feel I was an inconveince for calling with a question. Because of this I will take my business elsewhere.
