Staff very rude!
Very reluctant to allow me to test drive the vehicle trying to distract me by saying I had to spend time looking at the car first although I had? Gave ridiculous quote for my car part ex and the car I was interested in was £1000 more than it was worth but no compromise on price.
Unhelpful and patronising.

I'd be wary of this place if you don't like the hard sell technique - just wasted my time going to test drive a Seat Altea. I had looked at it a week or so ago, and liked the car. My insurance money had just come through so I was ready to buy, so I decided to check this car out and compare it to a Golf and a Golf Plus tomorrow.
The owner was very helpful and told me to come along any time for a test drive ("just bring your license and take it out by yourself..."). So I phoned up and arranged a test drive.
And that's where it all went wrong. When I arrived, the owner was unfriendly and offhand from the start - no welcome that you would expect. His first question was a blunt "If it drives okay are we doing business today?", to which I replied with a honest no - I want to compare it to two other cars, and would then buy the one that I thought was best (which would have been on Friday). At that he said just take a look at it - he can't be bothered moving the other cars to get it out of the showroom. He told me that I should view the other cars first and then come back to him, as he has too many problems with people trying out his cars and then buying on the internet.
So I've got money to buy, want to compare a few cars like any sane person, and then I drive there and get rudely refused unless I'm going to buy the car immediately. He's lost a likely sale, and with attitude like that, I'd now be very wary of their aftersales support too. Very Poor and a waste of my time. Avoid.
