After purchasing an engine for my car, my card was charged and no engine was delivered, despite several promises - consquently I cancelled my order. After 7 weeks and several phone calls (most of them unanswered)and an unwillingness for the lady within their office to allow me to speak to her manager, I still have not received a refund.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole!!!!!!!!
