Took my Clio 172 in here to have the cambelt changed. It was booked in to have the water pump replaced as well so I was surprised when they phoned me mid-way through the job to say that it didn't really need doing so they asked if I wanted it taken off the bill. How many garages would do that and take the profit on the parts and bill another hour's work? Well chuffed.
