Bensons Of Penn Hill

I am delighted to have found Bensons of Penn Hill. They have really helped me out today with a simply job on my car, fitting a new wing mirror, that other local garages wanted a fortune to do. I rang up and in half an hour my mirror was fitted. So refreshing to find a courteous and efficient garage. They will be getting my business in future.

I have used Bensons for over 10 years for everything from MOTs to scheduled services to general repairs. We have 2 high spec cars and they look after both of them. I find Jimmy (the owner) and his staff to be extremely helpful, knowledgable and efficient and have no hesitation recommending them for others to use. They are reasonably priced and professional at all levels of the business. They are also not at all patronising to me as a woman driver and go out of their way to provide an excellent service.

Bensons need a customer service policy. The staff try to be helpful and treat customers with respect. The boss is less helpful. He doesn't seem to care about repeat business as long as he's got your money. At Bensons the owner not the customer is always right!
