DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! if o could give this company a minus rating I would! I purchased a driveshaft for my Nissan qashquai giving genuine Nissan part number and vehicle registration, I was contacted by them saying they had the exact part I required. I asked on 4 separate occasions if it was indeed the right part b4 paying 432pounds over the phone. The part arrived and my mechanic informed me it was not the correct part, I trued several times to explain to the company it was not the correct part,tk be told I needed to speak to the parts manager who was never in the office today I spoke to a gentleman (I use the term loosely) as he was abrupt abusive and aggressive stating I am not eligible for a refund as it had been over 14 days! I was never told any term and conditions snd it's rediculous as they never tried calling me back after several attempts to get hold of said parts manager I am now going to purse through small claims and trading standards avoid like the plague!

If I could give zero rating I would do ,
I bought a Turbo from this company for my Audi A3 , but they sent me the wrong part , I sent it back by courier to get refunded , was told it would get processed , 7 days later still nothing , appalling customer service , had to source the product from somewhere else.
Do yourself a favour stay away from this company AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

Same thing happened to me. The parts worth over 300 pounds arrived damaged and according to them I ll have to send it back at my own expense if I want to get a refund. Registered a complaint with Trade Standards that gave me great advice on how to pursue this. To be honest they shouldnt be trading if they fail to comply with basic fair trade standards.

This company is nothing but a joke!!
they seem to know what they are talking about but have trouble sending the correct parts?? i ordered 3 parts and all 3 were wrong now im left with these parts and a heavy cost to send them back by couriers. they are not willing to collect the parts themselves considering it was their mistake.
i was passed around on the telephone like a ping pong, back and fourth, they alwaysed promised to phone me back and never did on several occasions now im im left with these parts that cost me a total of £110 and the courires are charging me £65 to send the parts back. so up yours i say to parts r us. do me a favour and collect your parts and refund my money... im a very unsatisfied subaru forester owner
