Car broke down Sunday night, got towed to the garage and left my car outside about midnight, went down first thing in the morning Monday to explain and see what they could do. Had my car back in 24 hours, all fixed, fair price - couldn’t ask for more. Highly Recommend

Took my car in for an MOT today as I’ve heard good things and people have been using them for years. Nice guys, had everything done on time - no complaints whatsoever I’ll be using them if I need a service etc. Thanks guys

we have been using this garage since the year dot and carry one! Great service. Used to live away from Brum and always brought our cars back for a service or any problems as only trusted them. I always recommend them.

Used this garage a few times now, this will be the last time though, i am annoyed at the attitude of the staff, they never listen when you are trying to tell them whats wrong with the car all they want is the keys and for you to be gone.... 3 times now i have picked a car of mine up and the actual work i wanted doing wasnt done because yet again they didnt listen, you always get the same sentence DONT WORRY I WILL SORT YOU OUT, which means absolutely nothing cause they still charge for everything with no labour discount due to there errors...

new brakes and pads needed, so they changed them, i asked them to replace the wheel bearing at the same time(saves time and labour, they never did this so on driving my car away i noticed and took it back, to which the line was used and no they didnt look after me they charged me two hours labour at 75 quid an hour plus parts... very bad service considering id just handed over £542 to them...

I've used Westley for 10 years plus, for all sorts of cars and vans and never once had a query or difficulty with the service. You'd be mad to go anywhere else!

The family and I always use this garage for mot and repairs, they are reliable, friendly and keep their prices reasonable.

Highly recommend.
