Autospray (Aberdeen) Ltd

Following an accident I needed the entire right side of my car repaired/ replaced. My insurance company gave me a choice of three repairers. From reviews I chose Autospray.
The process was great, Autospray staff have all been excellent. The initial quote was accepted immediately by the insurers and a drop off date arranged. The car was drivable so a couple of weeks to wait was not a problem. During the repairs an update was available online through the insurer. The courtesy car was small but clearly well looked after with bodywork in excellent condition, a good sign from a bodywork company.
When the car was ready a suitable pick up time was arranged and I was left very impressed with the results. The dark blue metallic colour was perfectly matched and no signs that the car had been in an accident.
Unfortunately a couple of weeks after the repair the driver's door handle became detached as I opened the door. A call to Autospray and a date was arranged quickly for them to take a look. I arrived, the car assessed and repaired all within the hour. My car was returned fixed and washed.
All staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. All told a simple process helped by those who work at, and do a great job for Autospray.

they had my car 3 times to fix the mess they made of it and still couldnt get it right its now been looked at by hoopers and even there guy said its not right arun marks on the bonnet and the wing still has damage on it aswell as buffing marks on it haha a joke of a body shop will never use this place again !!!!!!!!!!!

Autospray Aberdeen are lovely people to deal with, pitty the job wasn't so good! The first spray job was a nice job but it was the wrong colour , they agreed to take it back and rematch the paint colour. The car came back the correct colour but covered in overspray and obvious masking when I asked for no masking. Very disappointed.

If only every step of an insurance claim could be easy as Autospray made thier part!
I was treated as well as my car was.
Brilliant service all round.
Highly recomended right down to my favourite sunglasses that I had left in the cute little loan car being sent first class back to me!

It makes me nervous when my car has to go in for a service so you can imagine my concern when it went to autospray after I went off the road and destroyed nearly every panel

So 3 weeks pass I get the call my cars ready ,I was actually enjoying the quirky fiat 500 courtesy car on collecting of my car it was flawless excellent service and work !

Shambles! Car was back 3 times to be made right and even after that i still found stuff not right, overspray on alloys and on stickers inside doors and on hinges, trim not on properly and not put together right, wont be going back , very dis-satisfied they need to check cars over better before dispatch

Under normal circumstances I find going to the garage a bit intimidating
But I found autospray to be very friendly and helpful
Iv had My jet black focus since it was 2years old but it was vandalised and needed almost a redpray .when i went to collect my car it looked like new

I don't usually leave reviews but after the fiasco I had with another Aberdeen accident repair centre last time I had an accident I felt that I should !! I can't believe how well autospray dealt with everything ,they were so understaning and when I got my car back it had full valet and looked like new again !!!

Really pleased with the job autospray done on my car ,found them friendly and helpfull my only complaint was they had my car for 2 weeks but I think my insurance company were partly too blame still 9/10 is a fair score gr8 service overall

Excellent, I would definitely recommend this company, a professional outfit. My car was returned in perfect condition.

I have used Auotspray and found they do a first class job. The reason I gave them 9 and not 10 is that there was a little dust inside the car when it was handed over after work had been completed.

I have no problem recommending Autospay to one and all for any repair work.
