Terrible, had 2 tyres balanced and one new tyre put on. When I got there they didn't seem to have any idea what tyre I wanted fitting (despite me ordering it in via them). I didn't drive my car for 3 weeks after as I was away, however, when I did drive it I found that there was a knocking noise coming from one of the wheels. After checking it out I found that on one of the wheels that had been balanced, 2 of the 5 nuts were very very loose. Further to this I found that they'd fitted the wrong size tyre, a 215 wide instead of the 225 I'd ordered.

After phoning and emailing to try and resolve the matter they accepted no responsibility for either of the issues, according to them the wheel nuts could have been tampered with by someone else (even though one of the nuts was a locking nut, and the car had been kept in my garage for 3 weeks) and the tyre could have been swapped (despite the tyre they'd fitted being £40 more expensive than the one I'd ordered). All in all, they were very rude, and don't care as long as they have your money in there pocket.

Would highly recommend people not to use these, terrible terrible terrible.

I got my tyres fitted by these guys using their mobile fitting service. This avoided the hassle and incomveinence of going to the garage to get them fitted. Will be using these guys again.
