Wd factors is my first stop for my car parts they are very friendly and know there stuff. If they dont have your part in stock on my experience they are straight on the phone and I have my parts within a couple of hours. I have recommended them to family and friends who found there visit easy going and enjoyable. Keep up the good work guys your doing a great job.

Have used them for years and everytime I go in, the customer service is awesome. The collegues don't mind trying wipers/having a look at what part that 100% fits to your vehicle. This is rarely heard of now! Pricing is competitive and the parts you get are OEM quality, if not better. Do not waste your time going to Halfords where you will be ripped off and have terrible customer experience. WD Factors is situated in a great place, have friendly staff and parts usually always in stock. I recommend this place all the time!

I've used WD Factors since they started up. They always get the part, and in these days of Ebay etc. they are consistently cheaper, not to mention faster than any online site you care to mention.
They have really good people too, good at their job, and helpful at all times.
I can't fault them.

I always go to WD first, they nearly always have what I want, know what I need, or can recommend where I go for stuff they don't stock.

ordering/Payment/pickup has always been fast and efficient.

On a rare occasion when an incorrect quote was given to me, they stood by the quote!

Returns (of goods I wanted to look at to see if I was ordering the right part) have been dealt with professionally.

I would not hesitate to recommend them
