My partner was using this car wash and was not put on the runners properly. Consequently the car rolled back and hit another car. The operator blamed my partner for having the car in gear. If this was the case then the car would not have rolled back. Firstly they have an Incident Report sheet but was not offered. Secondly the just Deny Deny Deny.
