Very Good Kwik fit branch

I had a very similar experience to the young lady who commented previously. I only went to them because I had a 20% discount voucher, eventually ran up a £900 bill as they managed to find more wrong with the car, THEN said voucher didn't apply. Complained to Head Office who sent me £200 vouchers, admitting their error BUT as the previous poster, no way I'll ever use them.

Being a younger female, I intentionally booked my car for an MOT and service at this garage as it was part of a ‘reputable’ chain however, I would warn everyone not to go there.

They broke my air filter and superglued it back on… then when the turbo wouldn’t kick in on the motorway (scary), they denied that it would have been anything they’d done but kindly offered to take a look (after I insisted!).

They returned my car saying all was fine, but when I asked another garage to look at it – they instantly said it had been broken off when changing the filter and badly glued!
After contacting Kwik Fit head office, it transpired the mechanic admitted to another Kwik Fit manager he knew he’s broken and glued it. In addition, he also broke the break pads which he’s also denied.

I went back 7 times (to the Christchurch branch) to get it fixed.

I was given £40 Kwik Fit vouchers for my 7 trips and back and forth … how ironic they think I would actually ever go back to a Kwik Fit!!!
