This is the type of garage that gives the industry a bad name.
They took my car, promised me they would look at it Monday and give me a call. They did not call me, they didn't even look at the car. Then they promised to look at it Tuesday and call me. Once again they didn't bother to call or even look at the car.
Then speaking to them Tuesday afternoon after not receiving the expected call they were entirely unapologetic with a "we'll look at it if and when we get round to it attitude".
At this point I took my car keys back off them and took my car elsewhere. By far the worst experience I have ever had with car mechanics in 30+ years of driving. Avoid at all costs.
