On a visit from Suffolk, a new tyre was punctured. Tried a supplier in Musselburgh. They said can't repair. You need a new tyre @ £220! Called in at Newlife. Very helpful (13:45 on New Year's Eve). Puncture repaired in 20 mins with new tyre price offer @ £180. New tyre not needed as puncture repaired for £20! First-class service. Thanks guys.

Customer service & communication could improve, the man I dealt with was quite dismissive & didn't seem interested in answering any questions I had. I did not feel welcome or comfortable, especially as a woman. I would suggest an approach which is more informative & customer orientated. Better quality products and process may save time & money.

puncture repaired perfect - other so called reputable dealers tried hard sell - wanting to replace all my tyres ??? Will defo return here when legally I have to replace all my other tyres - these guys are the best

GREAT DEAL and its GREEN etc, remoulds are far better wearing than they used to be and safer I got 2 on my jag 6 months ago and they have hardly worn after 5000 miles

I would highly recommend this place. I was served by a lovely gentleman by the name of Alan, who was very helpful and accomodating. I felt comfortable in the knowledge that they were fair and weren't out to con me for money like most places. I will definitley be dealing with this outlet again. Helpful and freindly staff and also work very quickly.
