Friendly helpful staff. I have been using this garage for years and as the previous person who posted said the owners changed about 2.5yrs ago. All I can say is that the garage has only got better and is very busy all the time so you will need to book in advance. If I am passing they will check my tyres and levels for free. Oh and you get as much free tea,coffee,hot choc as you can drink.
Again always a perfect service, myself and my Wife go back every year and I wouldnt hesitate in recommending J & B Autos to my family and friends.

I have used these guys for over a year ans they are very helpfull and friendly people i trust my car totally in there hands and they are allways willing to go that extra mile to help you any way possable much better than my local vauxhall dealer who cannot seem to sort the simplist problem.

Please note that since the previous comment was posted the garage has changed hands and I can't tell you whether or not it is still any good.

Small garage run by a brother and sister, I've been to several in Nottingham and recommend this one very highly. They are excellent communicators and will take the time to make sure you understand what is going on and what you are paying for. Their prices are very fair. I've recommended them to tens of people all of whom have been extremely satisfied, people are now always phoning me to get their details.

I realised they were top notch when, on collecting my car the owner came outside with me and adjusted the clutch a little to make for a more pleasant drive. He didn't have to, I hadn't asked him to, no one else in any other garage ever bothered, it was just a nice thing to do... It's a tiny detail which reflects the kind of attitude which they take towards their customers.

The only downside is that they're a small outfit and very busy so make sure you book a slot well in advance! I'd happily keep this little gem to myself but they're so damn good they deserve some free publicity!
