Carnall's Autocentre Ltd

After moving into Crookes from another part of the City, I was looking for a Garage Service as my regular Mechanic was not always available. I have now had several repairs done by Mark Carnall and his team, they all have been exceptionally friendly helpful knowledgeable and the repairs have all been completed quickly. I had my latest repair completed on 09/06/22 after my previous regular Mechanic had bodged the repair initially the year before, causing a total failure of the part as it was an incorrect part.
Mark and Liam completed the repair in one day, despite a replacement part under warranty was sent by mistake, this was rectified by Mark.
The repair was completed as a priority due to both my Partner and myselfs disabilities, requiring access to a car daily. The repair was completed correctly and explained to myself both verbally and on a written report to their findings of the cause of the part failure.
The price charged was very acceptable and I considered I received an exceptional service.
I have no hesitation to recommend Carnalls Autocentre, and will be my first choice for all my future repairs and maintenance.

If you have any work done at this garage make sure you get a quote in wrighting or they rip you off and make up a price.
