They could improve by being honest. I wanted 1 brake disk and caliper replacing. I was told it needed all 4. The other 3 were and still are fine. They also told me that they coudnt take a service and airbag light off as it was locked by renault! Another garage diagnosed it. They re-connected a plug under my seat and it removed the lights.

Took my car for mot, it failed on a few bits and had a few advices, the young lady i spoke to explained the fail points to me, quoted me to do the repairs, offered me a courtesy car if needed, the final bill was under the quote, car drives like a dream. very friendly staff. excellent service.

they had my car for servicing and i recieved a free replacement car so i could go on my way with very little inconvience to me,they did phone me when my car was finished and all the parts and labour is garanteed,the price was very competetive and service was fantastic well done amberley
