impossible to to get in touch with after being sold my car . promised to repair problems then nothing . various attempts to contact them ignored. Then found out i had been sold a car with disabled tax ,. Have not received any paper work log book etc nearly 6 months later.

Customer service needs to improve! Garage sales staff refused to acknowledge problems after purchasing the car and after a service. Sales staff didn't understand basic service procedures and argued when they were wrong - later contradicted by the garage mechanic. I would not buy from this garage again or take my car there for a service.
