Clelands Of The Borders

I have used Clelands for about 15 years and have bought 1 new and 2 used cars from them in this time. I have always found the sales staff (particularly Ian) pleasant and trustworthy and would not hesitate to recommend them. The used cars we bought had been well prepared and were both fault free.
Their service and spares departments are efficient and helpful, they have been prepared to collect our car for sevicing (from 50 miles away) without extra charge and will usually provide a free courtesy car on demand. They have never charged for unneccessary work or tried to avoid doing warranty work, however the labour charges are quite high so I can only give them 8/10 for this.
