£227 for an oil filter and oil change. Excessive. Kwikfit charge a set amount less than half this.
Guess it's my fault for assuming honesty with the charging instead of getting a price in advance.

After getting my daughters car motd, she received a call saying the car had failed on a number of things, when she asked how much it would be to get fixed she was told between 250-300 pounds to fix (we have the call recorded)
Then when she went to collect the car she was charged...... £400.shocking
