Durleigh Marsh Van Sales

Stay away from this place, I've bought a van from them, they was nice that day, when I took next day to garage to do service, mechanic told me that van was in accident and showed me that front end was in accident, changed wings and windscreen. I've call them back and ask them to take van back because it was in accident, but seller said no, I asked him why he didn't told me about accident, because dealers must say, he told me, don't be silly, it's 2013 van and it was in 10 accidents, so I asked him again to take it back, because dealers have to take back if something wrong with van, but he said no, he offered me to buy it back from me with half price what I've paid him. So I was thinking to take through court, because my mate who is also car dealer in past, told me that I will win court 100% but it's long process. So I just give up. Just Stay away from them, scamers and liars.

Brought a 2007 transit in May 2014, must admit the salesmen are not the best but van has been great. They sold me a van for good value and no complaints.
Friendly family too.

Called them about a truck they had for sale and ended up cutting the call very short.
They did not appear to be able to describe the vehicle in question in any way and even said that I don't know my cars when I asked if it had been serviced every 10,000 Miles as most pick ups should?

He then asked if I would be interested in another car at twice the price???

I feel they need all the luck they can get to stay afloat in this competetive market, especially when a customer calls who is willing to spend their money on the right car.

I would advise giving them a call based on entertainment value only.

I purchased a vehicle from them last year, the vehicle was a good price and as described. However they are typical used car sles people and you have to take what they say with a pinch of salt and do your own homework.

Very unpleasant & rude on the telephone - I called to enquire about a vehicle for sale but they were extremely reluctant to supply accurate details, such as how long the MOT & Tax were, just giving vague "it's xx I think" answers.

They advertised the vehicle as having FSH which for a 60k mile vehicle would mean 6 stamps in the service book + 1 for the cambelt change at 40k but they said that they "weren't sure" and thought there were "2 or 3" - which is a misrepresentation of the advertised FSH.

When I asked if the vehicle had any damage or oil leaks the reply was a rude "you're not looking at a £50k Ferrari"!

Would not recommend or use this dealer in future.
