Slake Terrace Garage

Just had our car serviced at West Cornforth Garage, Terry and all staff friendly and helpful.
Our car is running better now than when we bought it new in 2015. We were delighted with the cost and expected to pay at least three times as much. They even picked the car up and brought it back, you can't get a better "SERVICE" than that. We have no hesitation in sincerely recommending them to everyone. Had my motor done for mot and service last year and this year just yesterday. I cannot fault them to service my car at croxdale where I purchased new was around £500 I got this for £250 plus the mot
I recommend them why get ripped off elsewhere

I have used Slake Garage to carry out repairs & MOTs on my cars and found them to be excellent service, courteous, and good value for money. The garage is clean, tidy and well organised which is one of the reasons why I decided to use them.

weve used slake terrace garage now for a number of years now and found them to be polite honest and cheap,not many garages now explain the full extent and cost of work to be carried out.hats off to em n keep up the good work !

The Slake Terrace Garage, in my opinion, should be avoided.
Took my car in to get new tyres fitted, when I removed the white gunk spattered over the wheels, found I had three out of four of my alloys damaged.

Phoned the owner garage owner, was the response one that you would expect from a competent professional operation? Such as lets have a look? No before even seeing the damage, the response was “ It wasn’t us” With a response like that before even seeing the damage caused, I can only assume they were expecting my call of complaint or “It wasn’t us, is the normal response when things go wrong.

I took my car to a professional tyre-fitting operator the other day to get some other work done and asked them to look at the wheels. Their opinion was that the damage to the wheels was what to be expected when a tyre-fitting machine hadn’t been offset sufficiently. A basic mistake often made by unqualified fitters.

Just had my car M.O.Ted at The Slake Terrace Garage, and found their service outstanding, they not only diagnosed problems with the car but advised me first before before carrying out any repairs. The garage is kept in immaculate condition and the manager and owner Terry was a gentleman to do business with.
