The Saab Centre

My experience with the SAAB Centre Newton Aycliffe was not very good, I was quoted a price for a service and when I went to pick up the car following the service the price was almost double without me being informed prior. Part of the extra work was to repair the tech 2 diagnostic plug. Having since had the car elsewhere for a service it appears that the diagnostic plug repairs we poor or not carried out at all. When challenged over the subject the initial reaction from the SAAB Centre was to reject any liability,however they have since verbally promised to fix the plug but that was two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the call. I have now decided to revert back to a main dealer and will not risk using them again.
