Went in and had my air con filled while I waited as mine was blowing hot air, the guys were excellent and friendly.

Hello everyone
My name is dan and i am one the the mechanics at mount auto repairs i am responding to a comment left
on the 17th of feb this year our customer that left this bad review left out a little information in regards to the work carried out. This vehicle came in for a new clutch fitted witch was done very quickly at the request of the customer unfortunatly the vehicle did require an additional part that was in the form of a gear linkage a very cheap component that was fitted free of charge. We did try to contact the customer prior to this and inform her she wouldnt be able to drive the vehicle because it would not be able to find gears easily but we werent able to reach her we did have an agreement to get the vehicle back to her before a certain time and the only way to do that was to fit the extra part and complete the job, i do apologise to our customer if she feels that unneccasary work was carried out but we could not have not been able to complete the work otherwise

i took my fiesta for a clutch and had a fast service at a reasonable price and was happy with the overall job. i will using this garage in future

extra work was carried out on my car without my consent and was expected to pay for it or they would take the parts off and leave me unable to drive my car home. My knowledge is that without prior concent this work should not have been carried out. Would never dream of going there again.
