I find NORFOLK STREET GARAGE to do a good job at a fair price in a reasonable amount of time very honest and i also find they offer to show you the parts removed also. I was using another local garage for about 6 years and have previously fitted my own clutches piston rings and reground valves and done cylinder head gaskets etc
