Very good service for a minor job....which was nevertheless tackled promptly and efficiently, including fitting the part without that being asked for.

I have just collected my Mercedes CLK240 following a minor accident in which front nearside bodywork damage was repaired. Including the bank holiday weekend, from time of accident to time of collection has been 12days. A superb service and quality workmanship from very friendly and helpful staff. I am so impressed I have sung their praises to all my work colleagues.

I have just collected my Audi A6 from R & R Autos after having two small areas of damage repaired. The nearside passenger door had a scratch which required the door being fully re-sprayed and the rear bumper had a dent that again repaired remedial repair and full re-spray. Both repairs have been done to a very high standard and the colour match is perfect. R&R Autos managed to fit my car in at very short notice and complete the job within the timescales they said they would. Very professional service – thank you. Would I recommend them – Yes!

My BMW 325 convertible E93 went in for bumper change after accident.
R and R were very good at communicating during xmas and new year period telling me when my car would be ready and giving me constant updates.
Downside is that when i received my car back, the job was rushed. the headlamp washer jet nozzle and covers were not fitted properly (so thus fell off whilst i used them!)/ the bumper was not correctly alligned & the paint work was not the best. To make it worse, the car was returned in an unclean condition (they say that it was due to adverse weather conditions during this bad winter break)
I drove my car around for nearly 2 months without headlamp washer covers (my car had 2 big holes on the front bumper as aresult!) as R and R say that BMW didn't have the parts in stock.
Ringing BMW myself i found this to be true, however when i took my car to another garage, they said there were no problems in obtaining these parts?!
After fighting it out with my insurance company, i managed to get another garage to rectify all my problems and now i have no issues! took from january to beginning March 2010 to sort this out.
it was a big headache having my car done at R and R, and i would heed a word of warning when dropping your car off to them for simple work.
My car was returned by R and R with seal of approval signed off by engineers, but it blatantly hadn't been checked. Friendly staff don't account for shoddy workmanship!
