Bad fix for a simple job. Fixed a major issue 2 says ago - fine. Today, same exact problem. Absolute joke.

Just bought a used car for my 18 year old son from them. Very relaxed and easy transaction, no pressure. My son was allowed to drive the car alone before purchase. All previous MOTs and service records with the car. Fair price, including 3 months warranty. Verbal rather than legal jargon yes, but written on the receipt. Would use them again.

After an RAC recommendation we have used North Lane garage for all of our cars for a few years and are delighted to have found an honest and friendly garage that doesn't try to sell you repairs you don't need. Honest, reliable, friendly and fast - can this really be a garage...?!

This is the first time I've used this garage and have been very impressed with the service. I left my car there for repair as I had to be towed by the RAC. Friendly, reasonably priced and phone calls to keep me updated on progress. I couldn't fault this garage at all and will definitely use it again. Highly recommended.

We were treated really well, all info about the car disclosed and we were shown the MoTs from the Gov site incl advisories. We were assured all advisories would be sorted out if still outstanding when the car goes through an new MoT and service before we collected it. Really good, honest garage which are hard to find nowadays! Highly recommended.

After a recommendation from the AA we had some repair work carried out on our car at North lane and found the service to be excellent.
My wife and I have since purchased a Hyundai Tuscon which was a plesant experience, we will continue to use this garage in future.

purchased a nice honda jazz from nortlane garage they bent over backwards to help me had no problems with the apart from a headlamp bulb took the car back paid for the bulb and they fitted it free of charge my son has since purchased a car from them also with no problems highly recomend we now always take our cars to them

Poor Garage - I purchased a vehicle from this garage and agreed to buy the vehicle on the provision that the excessively loud exhaust was fixed. When I collected the vehicle the problem hadn't been fixed and I was told that the back box was new and it would quiet down after being worn in..? Two days after driving it away the engine management light went on and the catalytic converter needed replacing. In fairness they did honour their "waranty" however not before I was spoken to rudely and refused a copy of their "3 month warranty" in writing with North Lane Garage saying "ITS VERBAL!". After repair the car also had oil on the drivers seat and the exhaust is still too loud to top it off. I definately would not re-visit this garage, the car we purchased is now due to be sold as other problems have begun to creep in.
