I buy my cars from here and like the prices and service, I've probably bought about 10 or more over the years with no problems with the staff or the cars, but you must remember this is an auction not a forecourt showroom!! when I buy a car there I allow a worst case scenario of £500 on garage MOT etc.

Made up with my new car will defo use this company again, my brother sold his car here first night in and was received payment quickly. The only down side I would say is I had to wait a week for my log book but as the car was taxed I could still use just couldn't register it for a week. Great service nice family, young girl very helpful thanks

first time I have ever used an auction and wow what a buzz.
I find myself wanting to go all the time, we went on a sunday afternoon then came back on a Friday nite the place was packed out. I have brought a vehicle which am extremely happy with not a bad price will use it for six months then sell it and will get most of my money back.

they have an auction on sundays 12.30 not stated above don't no why?, its a great chance to grab a bargin!! i've been 3times on a sunday and come away with cracking little motors.
To busy for me to buy on a friday so am happy with my bacon butty on a sunday afternoon grabing a bargin

been buying and selling with this company for the past 3years and have found them to be extremely nice people. yes with an auction you take a chance on what your buying but i've brought 10 cars with out any problems and 2 with tiny little issues like 2 new tyres and new washer plugs so nothin wrong with engine or running of the vehicles,

I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at ellesmere port motor auction. What a friendly, helpful bunch of people, I brought my first car from them in 2001 and now i have just brought my second car 03 mondeo diesel main agent car m53 which is perfect you never no what your going to get with out looking at them properly but all i can say is am made up with everythin and i will always use there service. I have told plenty of people about them (friends/family). Girls in the office go out there way to help both named clair so cant go wrong haha. Friendy service in there cafe.

this is the first auction i have been to, i have to say it was an amazing experience and would definately visit here again. the staff were friendly and explained everything i needed to know. and i am happy with my purchase.

The after sales service was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I have waited over 3 weeks for my checque and every time I called (4 times) I was informed they would ring me back in a couple of minutes. Each time I waited for an hour or so then had to ring them back. I undestand things can go wrong but and maybe I was unluckly but this is not a company I would use again

I sold my car Vauxhall Vectra 02plate on a friday night. I was very happy with the service they provided. My car done £50 over my reserve so it didnt affect the price i was getting back once they tuck there cut of 10%. I recieved my payment with in 2weeks of sale and would use this company again.
I loved there advert on the radio funny.

I would just like to say firstly what a very helpful bunch of people:). I have never been to an auction before so was abit unsure on how to go about things, their was a lovely young girl who helped me understand the rules and went out of her way to look on the computer before the sale started. I felt reasured i was doing the right thing in buying from here. I brought a renault clio 1.4 53 plate for £1600 plus their fee and am over the moon with it.
I would be more than happy to use there services again and have told my family & friends about it.
I will be going with my nephew to get his first car he cant wait.
So thank you to Ellesmere Port Motor Auction for all the helpful service and my great car.

Just sold my girlfriends 2001 B.M.W.318 Coupe at ellesmereport motor Auctions.had car for sale on e-bay,local press with no joy.took to auction,found company very helpfull they gave me a trade price for car which they thought it would make and sold for £300 over reserve price.very pleased and cheque recieved with in 7 days.Many thanks to all the staff at Ellesmereport Motor Auctions.

Just read the comment on the top of this page and thought I would add my own. I also sold my car at EPMA and was realy happy with the service they priovided, very friendly, decent people. My car was collected from my home and sold very quickly and payment was sent prompt and on time. Maybe the person unhappy with payment was unlucky I don't know. But don't be put of by that comment. I had my astra for months tried autotrader and other local auctions but EPMA sold it first night in GREAT SERVICE.

3 weeks waiting for cheque following sale of my car. Will now have to pick it up myself to make sure I actually get it and will have to take time off work to do so.
EPMA were very quick to take my car (and their cut) but have been totally inept at keeping their side of the bargain.
Very frustrating in these current financial times - beware!
