Oldham Tyre & Exhaust

Very happy with my car repair & customer service. Tyre pressure sensor not detected. Diagnostic (showed me the results of the test on machine) & cost of repair was given to me before I left the car with them and they advised me of the time it would be ready & called me when it was done. Very honest, professional, reliable, competent & friendly. Would highly recommend

I bought 4 tyres good year from them .After fitting I really sorry on me. Wasting of money and wasting of time. They are not qualified and experienced. Even they can't do proper tyre fitting and tyres balancing. They charged extra money and not given receipt. Thing twice before going there.

I have just had two tyres fitted at this establishment, more than satisfied. Made a booking arrived early and although busy I was seen almost straight away. The task was done and I was on my way in less than thirty minutes. Highly delighted will recommend to others and return myself when needed.

Took my old Honda Civic V tech. . Had a mid section exhaust replaced by OTE the one they replaced blew and made a worst noise than before .. took it back and got it replaced within 7 mins. . Good customer service I don't know what all the fuss is about .. still on the car now works perfect after 10 years .. Nasim Frederick St Coppice. .

Had appointment 9am still there at9.45 no reason given. Then there serving people without appoinments, so left and went to pit stop tyres was sorted straight away. Staff at oldham tyre and exhaust just no people skills at all. Very dissapointed 45 mins without an explanation disgrace full need to sort there booked in customers first.

As other people have said, the staff aren't really talkative, but they know what they're doing! Great service and great prices (the lowest for my chosen tyres by £10 each!)

Used them for many years, by far the cheapest around, if you want to pay twice the price, sit in a heated lounge and drink coffee go elsewhere, if you want your tyres and exhausts fixing at cheap rates this is the place to go.

used them plenty of times for various tyres and exhaust,they have most common parts in stock or they can order them within a couple of days and always the cheapest price I can find. Not the cleanest looking of places but I dont go there to eat off the floor, I would recommend them to anyone!

True the exhausts parts are cheap. Used this place for many years. When making a booking i find im sometimes ringing and ringing to no avail. They just don't pick up and cant recall them giving me a call back. The bunch of guys are good at what they do and have a no nonsense approach but i wish they were a bit more friendly. Sometimes the atmosphere there seems like someone's died. They would look better if they wore similar uniform overalls instead of jumpers,jackets ,jeans and trainers. Couple of times they done a repair weld on my exhaust for free which kept me going back to them. All good but for heavens sake cheer up guys. Smile and nod to acknowledge your customers.

Have used these guys many times and they have always been outstanding in customer service and value for money. It is so refreshing to find a place which has honest employees who don't try to rip you off. Got a couple of new winter tyres for my car at a fraction of the price I would have paid at one of the national dealers. Thought I needed complete new exhaust (which they quoted at a fraction of any other place!) but turned out I only needed a new back box, which they fitted. They even returned the g-clamp which was holding the old exhaust together! And the lovely friendly lad who swapped the wheels round even showed us how to check when a tyre was manufactured! Now if only there was a warm waiting room, I would be 100% satisfied! Kidding. You guys are brilliant. Thanks.

ive used oldham tyre n exhaust many times latest was 2 get 2 of my locking nuts ogg that had rounded!! bad design by bmw...micky b ..got em off in 2 mins...i deffo recommend them 100%...a very happy regular customer

I made an appointment with Oldham Tyre and Exhaust to be seen at a certain time but got seen one hour later, not impressed. If the price of the exhaust wasn't comparatively low I would have shopped elsewhere. Customer relation skills for both mechanics and sales guy definitely need working on, as not so friendly they see customers as more of an inconvenience than a customer.

Oldham Tyre and Exhaust is by far the cheapest in Oldham, the lads in the yard are excellent.

Unfortunately the man in the sales office is always a bit miserable, and needs to brush up on his customer service.

I also have used these guys for many many years now and always looked for the best deal first. These guys are definately the cheapest and they are honest. I took my sons car there after being quoted £40 for a part of the exhaust, we where seen upon arriving and then told after examining the car that they could repair it if we wanted. It was a few years old so we had it repaired.....They only charged me a tenner.Fantastic and honest...hard to find in a business these days!!!!!!! Well worth using and i am a customer for life.
I need a new cat for my car, the cheapest dealer quote £350 o/m tyre & exhaust less than a quarter of the price.
This is not an advert this is just a very satisfied customer.

I rang up at 10 O'clock , they said bring it down at half 11. I took it , they had a look, said i needed a new exhaust and did it straight away! I was back at work for 10 past 1. and it was VERY cheap!

I have used Oldham Tyre and Exhaust for many many years. They carry huge stocks, give you a quote on the phone that they stand by, and provide a quick efficient service. In an emergency you can drop in for the work to be done but I prefer to book an appointment which is usually stuck to. On top of which their prices are most competitive. Neil
