Friendly and very helpful. We have regularly used this garage for punctures, new tyres, servicing and MOT and been very happy with the service. Today the car was making an odd noise and I called in on my way past. The mechanic stopped the job they were doing to check my car for me. Sorted in 5 minutes and on my way. Thank you so much.

Found Baildon Service Centre at his new purpose built place just off Otley road and popped in to make an appointment for a service and MOT. Impressive workshops friendly staff and a very fair price . Refreshing to go somewhere that leaves me feeling confident in their abilities. Highly Recommend

I recently had my fleet of vans in for Mot & Service , we were given a free courtesy van to use while our vehices were been seen to,The team is so helpful and friendly it makes such a refreshing change to be treated in such a helpful way, Thanks to Craig & the team ian express.

This garage sorted a turbo fault and a battery problem on my Rav 4, rescuing me twice when I broke down even when I rang just as they were closing (thanks Craig) got a courtesy car while mine was in for repairs and found the staff very helpful and welcoming. Have since had my car serviced and mot d there too. They used genuine bits but were much cheaper than main dealer. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and accommodating.
Having recently had an accident, i took my motorbike into the service centre and they gave it a once over to make sure it was roadworthy and rideable - free of charge - and then they booked me in at their earliest convenience.
The bike now runs a lot smoother and feels much better, all at a reasonable cost too. The staff are friendly and dependable and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

I took my son with his second hand purchase, a Yamaha TW125 for service after being quoted £80.00 and £145.00, we opted for £80.00. I gave specific instructions to the receptionist that if ANY extra work was required to call me before any work was carried out. We collected the bike with a £115.00 bill.

After questioning the extra costs and unexpected VAT addition, the manager got quite defensive and rude. I had no problem that extra work was needed but more annoyed that my request for a call hadn't been adhered to. Also, a quote is a quote and VAT was expected to be inclusive in the price. How do businesses get away with not informing the customer with the exact price they expect to be paying?

We won't be returning and my son's first experience of maintaining/servicing his bike has not been a good one.

Avoid this place if you don't like confrontational staff and inaccurate quotations.

Took my car in for MOT. They phone to say that all 4 brake pipes were excessively corroded and needed replacing in order for it to pass and quoted a total bill of £300. I agreed for this work to be carried out but on collecting the car they presented a bill for £341. When I questioned this they fobbed me off with a story about how quotes are on their computer system so it's impossible for them to mis-quote over the phone even though they I know they definitely did. In the end I had no choice but to pay to get my car back. I have subsequently been advised that it is very unlikey this work needed to be carried out on a car 5 years old with less than 30,000 miles. Even if it did need doing then I have been seriously overchraged. Very unhappy with this garage, feel they have ripped me off.

I was very upset with the work carried out by this company.
They invoiced me for a compehensive service of my vehicle inc engine service and brakes. on checking the work non had been done... £850 !
The owner of the company explained he was on holiday and did not check the work had been done. He would not give me the money back, or carry out the repairs correctly.
I would strongly advise locals in the Shipley and Baildon area not to use these people.
