Purchased a car from Douglas Paul recently. I bought a Passat Highline.
The service from them was brilliant. Was dealt with by Justin who works there who did everything to make the sale quick and simple for us which is exactly what we wanted. I part exchanged my Seat Ibiza with no trouble at all. Overall a great experience with these.

Realy rude when coming to pay for a simple service. We disputded the end charge as there was some extras done that were not agreed prior to the servise. After disputing the price the manager came over and was verry agressive towards me and my mum. I would highly recomend going ells where these are no better than quick fit or charly browns

Just read the comment made in 2009,i have had a very similar experience 2015,Marvellous attitude from staff before sale, but totally changed once sale completed, promises not kept un-helpful awkward on return visit ignored by staff and difficult to get what was assured before sale, not impressed and doubt very much ever using again not recommend !!

This is the worst garage I have ever dealt with the staff are extremely unhelpful! They are great at the sale but the after service is unacceptable. They were rude and went back on their word claiming that they only offer a 30 day waranty with there cars. I would never ever deal with this company again!
