Paul Harrison

The service I've received from the Paul Harrison (Cranfield) team today was excellent. My car was inspected prior to it's MOT as I requested and I was telephoned promptly when a fault was found. I was given a price to include the repair and the MOT and gave my go ahead there and then. My car was repaired, MOT'd and ready when I called to collect. A truly polite, courteous, knowledgable and definitely customer-focused team. What more can you ask? As a added bonus, many of the staff are (fellow) motorcycle enthusiasts and Paul Harrison offer services for the two-wheel community as well. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a breath of fresh air in the car and motorcycle repair and service business, and I will be using them again soon for my car servicing (and motorcycle tyres)! My thanks to them all.

A great & Caring Garage!
I used to live local to this garage but now live 160 miles away in Silverstone. I still travel back up to get my sevicing done and now MOT's too! If you are looking to buy a car and they don't have it, Andy will usually be able to find the car you want and at a good price too. Good, Honest and reliable with outstanding customer service. 10 out of 10 from me!!

Fantastic freindly service. Called up, made an appointment, job done. Very resonable it was to. I delt with a guy calld Andy and he was exellant. Aparrently they are now doing MOT's as well so I know were i will be going from now on!
