Don't trust these people with your vehicle. After a routine service, they failed to replace the oil and coolant filler caps, causing the engine and our driveway to be covered in oil. They then dreamt up a 'cock and bull' story about engine pressure blowing the caps off, which an inspection by a Ford Transit specialist confirmed was utter nonsense. When challenged, they acted aggressively and showed no desire to acknowledge their mistake or offer any sort of refund. Steer clear and use a different garage!

Used them for a repair recently. Pointed out I was unhappy with the repair and got lots of abuse from the office receptionist. Would never use this company again on this basis. Shocking level of customer service. Avoid !
