A F Tuning

Unfortunately I can't give zero rating.
I had my car booked with this "company" for 8 weeks prior to the service & MOT date, (it was to be collected and returned on completion).
I had received my booking confirmation etc. However on the morning when they were due to collect, no one turned up. I rang the company, only to be told by someone who clearly did not have clue that they were "on holiday" and that he did not have access to the files therefore the service / MOT was simply not going to get done.
I am a carer for elderly people so the need to rearrange the work with someone else has caused a number of problems.
My advice is that this company are totally unreliable, unable / unwilling to help and don't give a fig about letting people down. STAY WELL CLEAR !

Yes I agree with above, Arthur (and his team) is a very good engineer, very thorough,will take on jobs that others can't sort out; he's pleasant, give free advice and reasonable. will take my car back there in the future.
