I have used the VW Bodyshop twice and I cannot fault the workmanship or service. My Golf was recently damaged whilst parked and unattended in a car park and they had to remove and repair the rear bumper. The car looks like new and their service was excellent.

The only rider I would add: you just have to safely negotiate the skip lorries to get to their premises!

Pro's:- I've had two accident repairs through this company. Although it is not the finest I have witnessed, it is good enough hence my second visit to them.

Cons:- I have owned the car from new and have found that the trim removal by this company had caused damage and instead of replacing the trim they had simply stuck it back on with double sided sticky tape. Other remote bits of trim in the area of their work had not been properly secured. They tried to place the blame on a previous owner until I informed them that I had owned the car from new.

They weren't bad, did a good job but weren't brilliant with returning calls/notifying me there was a delay.
They are a mission to find, the entrance to the industrial estate where they are is not well signposted and it's a bit of a hit and miss to find them in the estate (just to the left of Epsom skip hire).
In short their service at the site was good, the job was expensive (due to the parts being eye wateringly expensive - £220 just for a chromatic door mirror glass), the staff were friendly and efficient. I would use them if I have another fender bender.
