I confess that I always approach garages with some degree of suspicion, but I have to say that having used this garage for some years, I have always had the best service. No one likes paying for garage bills, but theirs always seem reasonable and the jobs done are explained, and they will phone up if things are found before going ahead.

Penkhull service station came out to me as I had broken down, I was lost without my car so they provided a courtesy car, and they got my car done as quickly as they could, even thought they were busy, keeping my updated all they way through, great garage.
