Bought 3yr old BMW from Rix. A month into owning it a sound developed on deceleration , worsened over next week . Rix arranged specialist BMW garage(Auto Prestige-excellant customer service). They booked it into dealer,it was sorted with BMW covering most of the cost due to FSH, low mileage and Rix paid the rest. Excellant Customer Service from Rix
