I have used this garage many times and have always found them to be friendly and helpful even when I overlooked my MOT and arrived at the garage at 7am on Monday morning without an appointment.
They give constructive advice and do not pressure you to spend money if it is not required straight away. Excellent service. I would recommend them to all.

Just saw the P Border review and very surprised by it. I live in Lymm and use Warburtons for both our family cars - a Toyota Previa and an ancient Landrover and have used them for about 10 years. Our experience has been that they are conscientious and very honest - and when there have been big problems to sort they have gone out of their way to ask first before incurring costs and to offer options and costs for them. Their labour costs are always fair and reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Warburton's garage for a few years now and have had excellent service from them. I live quite away away from the garage, but it is worth travelling too as I trust them to do a good job.

P Border, Lymm

I have recently used the above garage and I have to say that I have found the service I received to be far from satisfactory. What had initially began as a simple parts changes, resulted in me having to scrap my vehicle.

I had placed my car in their garage for a crank-sensor and cam belt change a simple enough operation. However, by the the time I received the car back, nearly a fortnight later! It was not fit to drive. I have just found out (after being forced to sell the car for spares or repair) the source of the problem.

In light of explanation I was given and which is outlined below I would just like to give the following piece of advice for future reference.

When a vehicle needs to be raised, it would be hugely beneficial to the car (and more importantly, the customer's pocket) if the correct raising point was located and not, as was the case with my vehicle, any old point that happens to feel solid, which has, in the belated (and sadly from my point of view) opinion of an Hyundai expert resulted in the crushing of the sump pan!

Of course they won't accept liability for this, So I guess I just have my self blame for using them in the first place. Which in the event was one of the most costly mistakes I have made. An expensive mistake I won't be making again!!

They are our local garage and have maintained and serviced our vehicles over 15 years. I have always found them to be very honest and fair and will give you options - not just manufacturers preferred. The work done has been effective and robust and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

In my experience a very competent garage. They give honest estimates on cost and do not simply replace parts at large expense if they can be fixed. They also seem to fix the problem first time round- which is not a given. Very impressed.
