I went to Tyres R US for the first time today I had two new tyres fitted by Dan he was excellent at his job and was very friendly and likeable person the prices are very competitive and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family keep up the good work I will be back

very good price on tyres and balancing. staff are friendly but was let down by poor alignment after two attempts car wouldn't steer in straight line. had another garage sort this problem out. would use them again but not for wheel alignment

Hi Barry, I've just come across your post which concerns me, as we align over a 100 cars on an average week, and only occasionally have the odd car returning as its not 100%, on average 2 a month. and even then we will endeavour to find out what other issues may be affecting your handling as its is not always just the alignment and sometimes mechanical faults or tyre problems. We always offer a free re-alignment to any customer that slips through the net with weak bushes, excess play on any part etc. and I take very seriously the fact that on this occasion you feel let down by us as this post sounds genuine, Please contact me as this post on autoinsider is the first I now about this, as I don't want to have taken any money off you if we haven't cured your fault. Quick efficient service, good advice to hand and professional staff. 4 new tyres and wheel alignment checked in under 40minutes. Extremely well priced too. Highly recommended.

really helpful lads, had my car tracked and four tyres. only charged me for the adjustments i had and my car has never driven as good. they came recommended by four of my friends and i can see why.

tyres r us witton birmingham.have used them in the past but seem to have gone down hill fast,cannot do a simple wheel alighment job, after 3 goes at my car had to steer hard left to keep the car level.found out later the right front wheel was towing out by 20mm due to there faulty tracking equipment.a loss of £20 i would not use them ever again.total rubbish.steer clear at all costs
