Brought a car a year ago with a faulty erg valve, bloke who works there isn't a mechanic and was cleaning the wrong car part. Even asked me where the part was in the car. Now a year on we're having the same problem. No refund ever offered and now the car is scrap!! Avoid

hi abbie, sorry for late reply, you did buy the 52 plate Mondeo on the 9th july 2014 and did have a EGR fault which we supplied and fitted a brand new 1 at no expense to yourself ,you went away happy,we haven't heard from you until the beginning September 2015, 14 months later, when you phoned us to see if you could part exchange for another car we coudn,t do a deal. then you put this up/avoid/were very sorry you feel this way. we are a small family run business for 44 years at the same premises and pride ourselves on our reputation built on trust with our customers / once again were sorry you feel this way all the very best. steve chris main motors
