I have used this company for many years and has been good service all round. although waiting times vary as not a very big place. prices are pretty good too

101% service, how they do the part worn tyres, which are normally nearly new for the price is unbelievable. Would not dream of going anywhere else.

My repair was done in 10 minutes although I had to wait 30 minutes for the car behind mine to be finished and a delivery van to leave before I could get away, not a negative just be aware it's not always best to be the first through the door.

Used road runners for the first time today and would highly recommend to anyone. Very friendly efficient staff will definitely be using them in the future for all my tyre needs.

Fantastic! Another garage told me I needed all sorts of things (cost £330!) I didn't. I needed 1 tyre (not 3!) and was going to buy new, the mechanic went and checked the part used ones, found a pretty much perfect one and said there that'll save you money! I won't go anywhere else now. Great, trustworthy, reasonable price. 5 stars!

Fantastic service recomended already

Overall very happy with the service I recieved today and on many previous occasions. Being a citroën owner it is nice to find a competitive garage that is able to balance my wheels (needs a special adaptor). Recommended my a taxi driver I know for supplying top branded part worn tyres.

To be honest I was genuinely surprised, I had 4 large tyres sorted out for my car which also needed tracking doing. The tyres were top brands and informed me the tracking was perfect and didn't need doing so I saved money there. The other customers were also very happy with the service they got so.... ye :) smiley face innit.

Have used them for many replacement tyres. They always have my unusual tyre size, the part warn tyres are always in good condition. Service is helpful.

We have just visited RoadRunners for a tyre and a couple of odd jobs,nothing was too much trouble,they couldnt have been more helpful.Their charge was more than fair which as two OAPs we appreciated very much.Thank you RoadRunners we have used you before and will certainly use you again.

They are the only ones to use as far as i am concerned many garages have problems getting parts same day if out of stock at dealers that is beyond there control .These guys are great i have been conned many times in the past with garages. Never at Road Runners

Not too impressed. They're very good when it comes to tyres but, I'm affraid, that's about it. I've booked my car in on Tuesday for Friday as they needed to order a special part for my car and assured me that it will be with them the next day. Well, came Friday and my car sat in their garage for the whole day as they were waiting for the part to arrive. So, that just tells me that they either forgot to order the part on Tuesday or the delivery was late. One way or the other they should have let me know as my car went in at 9am, when they open, to make sure I can have it back for the afternoon and sort out everything I have planned.

Very trustworthy and a good service provider. Their prices are very reasonable, and often I purchase form their part-worn stock, as they have always been good brands in very good condition. Unfortunately like some others have mentioned, you can expect to wait up to an hour at their busiest times due to their popularity, but it's certainly worth the wait when the experience is consistently good.

We run a local executive travel company called A LIST STAR CARS. We are responsible for our passengers safety and comfort. I would not consider using another tyre company in the area. After trying many others, we now go straight to ROADRUNNERS. They have the best service at the best prices, although sometimes there is a bit of a wait because they are very popular.
