Ryan Millerchip, Chasetown

Needs to work on their customer service skills. The so called "manager" was incredibly rude. I refuse to use this garage again and would suggest others from using it too.

Incredibly rude is a little harsh in my opinion. Upset maybe. The Term "Customer Service" is just that. a service to paying customers for goods and (or) services received. In your case that isn't applicable. as you specially ordered expensive items and refused to pay for them due to a 15min scheduling error on my part. so as you are not a paying customer I find it hard to see why you would post a review on this website which is specifically designed for paying customers to share their experience with the relevant business. as for not using the garage again. if you where to, I am afraid you would politely be asked to leave.

Hello readers, I have used Chasetown Garage for many years and have recommended them too many people over those years including my Dad.
Recently I foolishly put unleaded in the tank of a Vauxhall Vectra designed for Diesel, which was the last thing I needed! I telephoned Chasetown Garage immediately; who waited for me even though it had gone 18:00hrs on a Saturday night, secured the car, gave me a lift home. Then delivered the car to my home address having completed the job, and may I add completed it far more thoroughly than I would have anticipated having flushed the fuel lines and changed the fuel filter.

Chasetown Garage has recently been taken over by new owners and it is lovely to see that these new owners have gone that extra mile, which makes these smaller family, local businesses far more pleasurable to deal with than some of the larger concerns. They are sure of my custom for years too come, as I am so pleased I am proud to praise them publicly.
