I use Steve Slattery Cars instead of taking my M Sport 5 Series tourer to BMW. I also take family members cars there that aren’t BMW and the service is equally outstanding. I’ve always received a friendly service by all members who work and run the garage. I have already recommend this garage to family and friends to take any car to Steve Slattery Cars as Graham the senior mechanic has a vast mechanical knowledge on any car especially BMWs.

I recently decided to use Steve Slattery Cars instead of taking my X5 to BMW. I received a friendly service by the couple who run the garage and the costs were a fraction of what I usually pay. I would definitely recommend any BMW owners to take their car to Steve Slattery Cars.

Steve slattery cars are brilliant I have used them for 10+ years now and have made friends with graham the mechanic there he knows his stuff about bmws and has mot'd my cars ever since the first great place to take your car for a professional service

This garage have been servicing my BMW 3 series for over 20 years, during this period I have found them consistently helpful & trustworthy. Personal service & Graham knows BMWs inside out Prices are competitive with option to use OEM parts if you specify. Premises currently being upgraded. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Steve slattery cars for 2 years now. The prices are reasonable an the quality of service is high. I have not experienced any problems since ie been using them.

Steve Slattery cars are awful - they are NOT BMW Specialists.

Took a BMW 5 Series in with oil leak. Told them exactly what the issue was and what needed to be replaced.
They insisted on diagnosing the issue themselves - fair enough I thought.

They "sorted" the issue and charged £360 for the work. A week later, leak is back as the part I told was faulty was not replaced.
Refused to rectify the original issue on return to the garage. Tried to charge me an additional £400 for the same work !!

Since Steve Slattery retired, the garage has gone down hill. They are BMW Specialist in name only...no specialist knowledge exists at this garage....BE WARNED !!

steve slattery cars are the best bmw specialists in the midlands? as i have bean using them four 10 years. the mechanic is Graham is a top bloke.
