The Tyre Shop Selby Limited

Went to have two front tyres changed, they snapped my locking wheel nut key, forcibly removed the locking wheel nuts without my permission and then failed to replace them with any nut. A missing wheel nut is a major defect on MOT and an would result in instant MOT failure yet these incompetent people allowed me to leave without saying anything. When I tried to resolve this issue with them they were hostile and aggressive. Unfortunately I can not recommend this garage due to this and I will be contacting trading standards and VOSA regarding the issue.
