Having been a regular customer here for the past 3 years ( 2 cars going in for service and mot)
My last visit aug 2022 will be my last.
Staff attitude very poor.
They couldn't find out why a system fault was showing up and said i should take it to Volvo.
They hadn't even moved my car. It was in exactly the same position in the car park when i returned.
How they recruit staff like this is a mystery. If i spoke to visitors at my community centre where i work like this i don't think i would keep my job for long.
I meet a lot of people here and Will advise any one looking for a car service/repair job to avoid Halfords auto centre.
