Very disappointed at level of service. When dropping my car off I informed reception that coolant needed topping up, I was told that all levels are topped up as part of the service. Fine.
When picking my car up I noticed a paint scuff on rear bumper (blue paint on a black car). I informed the manager who managed to polish this off. This clearly suggests that they are not adequately caring for customer's cars.
Having then taken the car home, I checked under bonnet to find coolant had not been topped up. Again, this indicates a slap dash approach to servicing. I expressed my feelings to the manager ( by phone), who suggested bringing car back. I refused as they had already had my car for a day. I had to then go and buy coolant, having spent a considerable amount on the service .
Very poor service all round, considering I was an existing customer of Peter Norris, and not a hint of a partial refund. Shows what they think of existing customers.
