Problem with my audi q7 . Bees solved it, Required new starter motor.
Also full service and mot. Brilliant all round service and a reasonble price.

Booked our car in for MOT, full service and a cam belt change which we was under the impression part of it fell under the warranty we had when we purchased the car from NFCS.
Unfortunately it didn't come under the warranty however was left there to have work done and we asked could we pay in instalments which still came out alot. The garage messaged and said the MOT had been done did we want the rest done or leave it until a later date, we chose to leave for a later date. The garage messaged to say could we collect car today as they do not lone courtesy car for just an MOT. They told us they close at 5pm when we only received this message at 4:30 pm. We explained it would be a struggle to get from Weston to them in rush hour traffic in half an hour, they then said we would have to pay for courtesy car, we messaged them and said we were on our way and we also messaged to say traffic was horrendous on Millbrook Road. We had no reply however when we arrived at 5:25 shutters were down and no one answering the phone, basically we had a wasted journey when we had plans. The MOT was actually booked for Saturday anyway plus on their website it says they close at 5:30? We was absolutely disappointed and disgusted with lack of communication and how they never bothered replying to messages. We will definitely not be using their services again after this. So unprofessional and rude.
