I have been using Kirkham's for over 15 years. I have found them honest and efficient. When the car has failed they are happy to carry out the work at a reasonable cost.

Their staff have been working for them for many years too, so that speaks volumes.

Don't expect a luxury reception area, but you will get value for money & a fair & honest MOT.

I have used Kirkhams for all my cars since the late 80s, M.O.Ts and repair work and now my son takes his car there as well. I have always found them helpful and willing to help me at all times and for this reason will continue to use them to keep our cars on the road.The only gripe I can think of is when leaving your car for them to work on they do not have a loan car or a way of getting you back home but thankfully there are enough taxi firms in Crawley so this is not so much of a problem. The only mishap occured last year when my sons car got a service twice within 800 miles due to their error but they did make amends by not charging my son for the extra service only for the job it had been booked in for (Front CV joint) I have no links to the firm and do not work for them in any way.
