Terrible experience here - make sure you avoid! I called up to book in the replacement of 3 tyres and was told it would cost me £195, and would take 1-2 hours if I drop it in early at 8am. I did so, but after a very long wait had to call up twice to see how long it was going to take. Six hours later(!!) I was told I could pick up my car, and was given a bill for £308! The very unhelpful mechanic at the desk said that he couldn’t get the same tyres he quoted me for; so he’d ordered and fitted more expensive ones, and neglected to inform me over the phone when I booked in that the quote he provided hadn’t included labour or VAT. Very poor customer service - after some back and forth he eventually dropped the bill down to £236 by billing me for the original tyres he’d quoted rather than the more expensive ones, and told me I can pay or he’ll take off the tyres again then and there. Very rude and dismissive - make sure you avoid!!

Unreliable & untrustworthy, quoting wrong prices then charging more without informing me, failing to rectify problems they quoted for then blaming me, disgusting rude receptionist (whose knowledge of pricing & vehicles is frankly shocking), never carry out any repairs in time frame they originally confirm, never call back..the list goes on so if you want to be overcharged, lied to & fail to have vehicles repaired effectively & efficiently then this is the dump for you
